Energy Work & Healing

I work with adults, couples, and teenagers who are depressed, stuck, or in pain. I have found that they lost touch with who they are. They lose parts of their soul on their journey. There seems to be a void of not knowing or not feeling connected. There is a separation that they cannot seem to reach through no matter how hard they try.

When I look at them, I see their core star, their unique gifts that they bring to the world. I see their pain, their sadness, and their struggles, but most important is that I see their light.

My gift is this: I know that no matter how bad things look or feel, I am able to mirror back their light. I am able to see who they really are, not what is going on. I am able to be with them on deep, profound levels with compassion and love. I never judge or criticize. We are all doing the best we can, and sometimes the load feels like it is too much for one person to bear. But I know how strong the heart and soul is. I know how much more we can carry than we think we can. I know the pain, the sadness, and the heartbreak. I know and believe with all my heart and soul that things can and will change if you want them to.
